The Space
For us the property has become a place to share with family, friends & others. It has good proximity to many local attractions but has the serenity of rural living. The property is off the beaten track but close enough to civilisation that you can hop into the local village in 15 minutes. It has lovely views from pretty much everywhere and quiet spaces to suit everyone. Take a long walk on rolling pastures or a bush walk through nature.
If you’re after a serene getaway, or work accommodation that’s like a holiday – this is it!

Guest Access
The separate Bungalow that was the ‘Cattery’ has been completely gutted & refreshed with love & attention and now provides quiet, spacious accommodation and (more recently) a bathroom, featuring shower, toilet and basin.
There is an open Cabana that has a BBQ, bar fridge, running water, glassware/crockery/cutlery, and of course, you will have access to the Pool, the Fernery (a quiet place to sit) and all the surrounding places to wander.

Heaps of parking, Caravans are welcome, and we’ll be happy to help with other things you may need.
It's imperative you give us an accurate ETA on the day of your arrival. It’s a large property and someone needs to be on hand to show you where to park, what areas you can access, and where lights, water and amenities can be found.
If you’re into horses & want to BYO, that can happen by arrangement! There’s plenty of space for horse riding. No Crofton here!
The Regular Residents
A Kelpie (Rossi) who loves kids, usually a few chooks, sometimes an agisted cow or two, possibly a pony, and all the native critters; Birds, Goannas, Sugar Gliders, Echidnas, Wallabies, and yes... Snakes (so do bring sensible footwear)!
Your Pets
Canine Friends are OK, but the host MUST be notified on booking; $15 fee applies per night per animal. On-lead is a must until introductions are made. We have many critters, and we like to make sure your pet(s) is not going to harm ours, especially our chooks! We are happy to incarcerate them (the chooks) in their palatial home if need be.
